Sunday and Bank Holidays (subject to Staff availability). Charges for out of hours calls will be made,
please ask for details.it is company policy for all the ashes of Pets cremated by ourselves to be handed back to Clients or
delivered by ourselves to the Veterinary Surgery from which they were collected. It is not company
policy to return ashes in the post. If however it is not possible either for you to collect your Pets
remains or for them to be returned to a Veterinary Surgery we will arrange a Courier Service at the
Owners own expense and at their own risk, we will not be held responsible for any loss in transit under
these circumstances.
